The hundred pushup challenge: week 3

Day 1. Monday
25, 17, 17, 27, 18. Total 104.

Day 2. Wednesday
27, 19, 19, 15, 31 Total 111

Day 3. Friday
30, 22, 22, 20, 30 Total 124

The third week was quite a bit tougher than the second. I managed to squeak by the maximum amounts for each day. I had to force myself to think positively through each set in order to make it through. The swimming that I am doing has my arms and back a bit more sore than it had been previously. I hope the extra exercise helps with my overall weight loss.
